PROJECT BACKGROUND:
We observe that there's lot of opportunities for improvement using the traditional method of job matching. The employers have to spend time to process lot of applications which will be sent through the job website in different batches as the jobs are advertised for longer period, 1~1.5 months.
Also the applicants have to wait for long time to find out the status of their applications upon the submissions are made. Sometimes, they will not be notified about their application status as well.
Therefore, we have an idea to help the employers as well as the job seekers. We want to eliminate the frustration and reduce the processing time, simplify the troublesome and lengthy process as well as improve the success rate of the job matching in the fastest way.
We also provide the value-added by enable the special job requirement for part-time employment, which requires specific working duration and frequency, let’s say the job requires a part-time worker to work for 5 hours each day and it may last for 10 days etc.
WHY OUR PROJECT SO SPECIAL?
We are the pioneer in developing the first ever user friendly and real-time job matching service which can be used in mobile, PC, laptop of any electronic devices using specific application based on the car booking concept.
The job opportunities that we publish can be part-time (with fixed working hours per duty), part-time (typically under urgent request, the working duration and frequency is based on the special requirement upon hired) or full-time jobs in Malaysia.
This platform allows all the registered employers to upload their job vacancies on our job database platform in a real-time basis, typically within 24 hours.
